Peter Ramundo studied finance at George Washington University. He’s dedicated his entire 30-year career to finance. Despite its prominent role in his life choices, finance itself isn’t what drives him. Instead, it’s the human element of the work—leadership through serving, meeting new people, mentorship, and collaboration—that inspires him the most. That human element is what led Peter to transition from securities lending trading to a strategizing role, where he helped others achieve financial independence. Today, he multiplies that effect by recruiting to and leading a team that helps others do the same.
Peter engages in complex maters day-to-day, but two simple, timeless principles guide him: Work hard and good things will come of your effort and treat others as you would be treated.
