Amy is the Director of Agency Development at American Heritage Financial’s Birmingham, AL office. With a background in Administrative Assistant and Secretarial Science, Amy brings a wealth of experience to her role.
Amy’s journey in the financial industry began with a focus on employee benefits, where she assisted clients with claims, annual benefit enrollments, and 401k distributions. Since joining American Heritage Financial in September 2019, Amy has become an integral part of the team, demonstrating her dedication and value to the company.
In her current role, Amy wears many hats, from onboarding and training new recruits to overseeing marketing efforts and ensuring compliance regulations are met. She also manages the logistics for company travel and events, showcasing her versatility and organizational prowess.
This year, Amy has expanded her responsibilities to include organizing seminar events, where she delivers a personalized client experience to all attendees. Her commitment to providing exceptional service and attention to detail shines through in every aspect of her work.
Outside of the office, Amy finds joy in spending quality time with her husband, Chris, as they embrace their empty nest. With four adult children and a grandbaby on the way, they cherish family moments and enjoy exploring new destinations during weekend getaways. Amy’s hobbies include reading, gardening, and scrapbooking, reflecting her creativity and passion for life.
